Can anyone please recommend a lawyer in Delhi for filling and helping in the I-824 or councillor processing for my Wife.
I am looking for a lawyer , who has office in both Delhi and in USA , so they can take care of the complete process.
I.e filing I-824 in USA and helping in india to prepare for the interview
If not in delhi , then please recommend any where in India :)
Also any idea , how much would it cost.

i am a pharmacist recently licensed in florida and i found 2003 approved labor but my lawyer is telling me that in order to substitute it for me i must be licensed in florida at the time of filling date of this approved labor which is in 2003.

Have to live at the mercy. My last 2 EAD renewals were very quick, I got them both in 10-15days after I applied.

Hi all
I have I-140 approved from Company A . Company B applied for my H1B extn based on Company A's approved I-140 and got 3 years extension till 2011.
My question:
can I switch to company C now and get 3 more years extension again.? My I-140(company A) has not been revoked and priority date is not current.I want to start my PERM only after joining company C .

Hello,
My wife is currently working on H1B, she was offer permanent position at the client she is working, she has to get on to EAD to take permanent position.
both my wife and myself got EAD's in Oct 07, my question is does she has to invoke AC21 to get on to EAD.
I am the primary candidate for our GC Process.

Given the situation for 485 denial. AFAIK, You have an option of filing for H1B (not counted against quota) based on your B's labor approval and pending 140. Once you use the EAD, technically you don't have the H1B status to transfer or extend. Hence, it will require you to go to consulate (b/c approval will come without I94) to stamp, and start working for Company B after you return.

there is a little logic involved here. what if you changed the jobs between your AC21 and latest NOID. I think CIS just wants to make sure you are still hired by issuing a NOID even though they looked into AC21.
BTW I had the same situation and I had to respond to NOID with the same emp letter.

Yes you can using your I140, should not be any issue. Ask your attorney to do the paperwork, it should be straightforward.

Even I changed my address last month. No RFE.
Now Again I want to chnage. I want to know If I just submit AR11 online, without updating the pending applications ( not expecing any communication for CIS next couple of months). Will they look in to AR11 and issue RFE(If at all).OR it is just a record no one care unless you chnage the pending applications.

Thanks for your reply. Nah,I didn't because I have read some where that post office doesn't forwarded the mails related to USCIS so I informed the tenants about the mail.

hello, I am in a F1 status for about 3 years, I have been working and filing taxes. I am going to get married to a USC and apply for a green card through it. I want to know if I can have any problem in the aplication since I've been working without authorization. Second in concern to the affidavit support how much should I show and who has to fill these forms since my future wife is unemployed. Third in case my wife file for bankruptcy in the future that could affect me and if it does how can avoid this. By the way I live in florida.
