Its a good consolidated report, It clearly says system is broken and need a fix. Almost all the legislation listed at the end talk about either recapturing lost visas or increase the numerical limit.

That is true. However, it is not difficult to figure out that Ruth is a supporter of legalization of the undocumented. That's why the only bills covered at the end of the report are all legalization bills. She seems to have "extensive" analysis on per-country limits on EB &FB, but doesn't have the ink to write 1 line about country limits on the undocumented. The report systematically and intentinally overlooks all other bills that are related to legal immigration only. Most of the time, its not what is written, but who wrote it and how the information is presented which matters.

Online case status is often incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date. I would say it is correct about 70% of the time. That leaves a lot of room for error. Please don't think it will "save you" for being late on an RFE response.
You should not think everything is OK simply because online case status fails to mention the RFE being issued. (By the same token, you should not necessarily panic if online case status never acknowledges receipt of your RFE response, even though you have proof from FedEx that you sent it.)
As Elaine Martin said, the overwhelming odds are that your application will be denied due to the RFE deadline being missed by such a great deal. However, what is there to lose at this point by trying? Try to have the attorney explain as best s/he can the reason for the delay, and hopefully CIS will accept the late response. But be prepared for the likely denial.

you dont have to withdraw 485 for dependents as it will automatically expire. In some rare cases USCIS may allow applicants who have stayed out of US beyond AP expiry date to reinstate AOS application but that is at the discretion of the officer. it could be humanitarian grounds.
if you can get 2 yr multiple entry AP, that could probably reduce your renewal frequency.

As long as the water is all of the same temp and salinity there isn't any distortion because of water movement. Distortion does occur when you get mixing of water that has different density. Scuba diving you see that where you pass through layers of water on the way down. The layers can be either different temerature or different salinity. When you get that it looks like heat waves on a hot highway in the distance.
I have used the pentax optio under water a bit. It works well as a point and shoot but not much more than that. I wouldn't take it more than a few feet down. I don't think it is rated for very deep.

Note that ISO 10330 specifies 24V, so ideally the camera ought to handle that much.

As for E-TTL, with studio strobes you'll end up using a flashmeter. E-TTL does not factor into the equation.

Asked if it has chance getting approved by the end of this year. She said, depending on how many visa no. they get from DOS, there are fair chances that it may get approved by the end of this year.
I still do not trust them, but her kind words gave me little hope.

They received my I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS on September 9, 2005. till today I been calling them up and all I hear is still pending , I can't take this anymore .
They raise the fees every month or every week and yet they don't even make the process of all applications fast at all , I just sent my RENEWEL application for my I-765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION and it has been over 90 days and I didn't get anything , this is sick .
Please Please everyone if anyone knows any new updates about the process or anything that helps to speed up the process let me know thank you everyone ...

Can anyone tell when will EB3 India crossover to May 2001 from April 2001 without any new law.
most probably by Oct with new year dates it move to May 2001 but later bove back to old priority dates once approvals come from BEC's

Cloning sometimes leaves weird patterns. I've had luck putting a loose selection around the cloned area with a big feathered edge, then applying a gaussian blur. It helps "clean up" my new background. The trick is to have a seemless blend between the cloned and the original untouched areas.

Something else I've done is to use several clone stamps with the opacity of the stamp set quite low. What this does is sort of blend in noise to soften up the edges of the clone patterns.

I just checked the copy sent to me from my law office. It says I-485 pending for the current status. I got the EAD renewed without any problem.
I saw somewhere that you can alos write AOS pending.
